Sitecore Experience London 2020: Fostering Human Connections in a Digital Age takes Center Stage
Digital transformation is indeed a game changer, but more often than not - brands are nonplussed when it comes to meeting & exceeding customer expectations. With the millennial customer demanding more, the ability to nurture the customer at each stage of the journey by providing him/her with meaningful conversations/experiences - forms the crux of personalization efforts that most brands are trying to achieve in a world dictated by personalized experiences.
Over the years, Sitecore has been able to drive superior digital experiences for brands such as P&G, L'Oreal, Australian Catholic University, and numerous others. This has been validated further when the brand was announced as a leader in Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs) by Gartner in 2020 - that's 3 years in a row now!
Sitecore also understands that brands need to form an emotional bond with consumers, something that sits at the heart of building superior customer experiences. Considering the increasing need for delivering unique and riveting experiences, Sitecore has been able to bring marketing strategists, digital technologists and CX leaders together in single platform - Sitecore Experience to share ideas & insights, get connected, and get inspired. The latest from their bag is the recently concluded Sitecore Experience London 2020.
Espire at Sitecore Experience London 2020
Following closely on the Sitecore Experience events held last year at Sydney and Singapore, Espire was again a key sponsor at the Sitecore Experience London 2020 held on March 4.
At the event, the DXP leader detailed how best brands could achieve superlative CX and personalize experiences. During the day-long event attended by some of the leading luminaries, conversations centered around digital-first and brand (user) empowerment vis-a-vis Sitecore's intelligent CX platform and more importantly around building 'human connections'.
Espire, a Sitecore Gold partner (ANZ) was again one of the leading lights at Sitecore EXP 2020. Our focus for over a year has been - how brands can 'Supercharge 2020 personalization goals with Sitecore'.
With topics such as digital-first business and the importance of content in shaping digital experiences taking centre stage, this was an incredible opportunity for us to learn (from the experience of others), and share (our own awe-inspiring customer stories).
We are thrilled at the response we received at the Sitecore Experience London 2020. Our drive to spur the personalisation efforts of enterprises and facilitate superior customer experience was well received as visitors thronged to Booth 9 to have a better understanding of our offerings. Not to mention, our personalized offering - a mug on mug - designed by Rick Coleman which was an instant hit!
Here's what the leadership at Sitecore had to say:
"Thanks so much for supporting our event! I didn't get a mug this week, but I got a fantastic one in Singapore a few months ago, and I am really hoping we can arrange to have you bring this to Symposium in Chicago this year!" - Paige O'Neill, CMO, Sitecore
"Guys - gotta thank you first and foremost for your support of the event; secondly for having my mug on a mug! Love it!" - Gavin Dimmock, Regional VP - Northern Europe, Sitecore
"You certainly brought the experience! Thank you so much Espire Team! It was a pleasure to have your support yesterday. Loved my mug!" - Jenny Eddleston, UK Director of Partner & Alliances, Sitecore
"Brilliant to have you with us yesterday and the mugs was a fab personal touch." - Emily Nicholls, Director - Field Marketing, Northern Europe, Sitecore
"Thank you for your sponsorship and support!" - Svetlana Klyuchkova, Partner Marketing Manager, Sitecore
With Sitecore as a key partner, Espire has been delivering truly delightful 1:1 personalised customer experience for leading brands. The Sitecore + Espire partnership has hit some great highs over the past year, and we look forward to continuously drive awe-inspiring experiences for brands this year and in the times to come.
