Espire developed and implemented ABACUS (Administration, Billing and Contract Update System), a client-server architecture-based Contract Management application across the client’s offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
This application integrated the information of customers, MIF and servicing, apart from providing a flexible user interface to set up, update and monitor various types of contracts, and invoicing the customers.
