The world is at a critical juncture. On one hand, COVID-19 is tightening its grip globally, while on the other - scientists and biopharmaceutical companies are working tirelessly to develop a vaccine & mark an end to the pandemic. Some of the vaccine trails are close to the 3rd phase, and we are certainly hopeful for positive outcomes as we move deeper into 2020.

Starting August 1, India has begun its 3rd phase of unlocking the economy, as an increasing number of businesses are slated to reopen with standard safety protocols. However, based on government recommendations - the IT sector has been advised to extend WFH policy till the end of this year. Taking cue, Espire has extended WFH to all offshore employees till 30th September, and we’ll review this again based in developments that will come up in due course of time.

To ensure 100% service continuity to you and all our customers, we at Espire have also chalked out a comprehensive special shadow resourcing plan to be full prepared to support critical service deliveries, on account of unforeseen circumstances.

During this time, our key mantras of working are - resilience, adaptability, and agility. These are going to be our key foundations to provide seamless services, in an uncertain environment. Since WFH will be the new normal, considerable focus have been given on data & cloud security - with regular penetration testing and vulnerability testing.

Online dashboards are been actively monitored by our management team for health & safety status, along with service continuity status - to take necessary actions.

We have also taken this time to strengthen our capabilities for the logistics sector, which forms the backbone of supply chain management for all economies in present times.
