We hope you and your family are keeping well and safe!

 

Two years back, in March 2020, COVID-19 reached its peak in India. Considering the health & safety of all employees and following the Government issued guidelines, we opted for all employees to work from home. Working virtually, the team has demonstrated great collaboration and performed with utmost commitment to meet the expectations of all our clients.

As the risk due to Covid-19 has significantly reduced and 96.2% of our team members have been vaccinated with double doses and a few of them have taken the booster shots as well, we have decided to resume operations from our Gurugram office gradually. Starting 1^st April 2022, we have started working in hybrid mode with a few of our team members working from office. We will continue to monitor the situation over the coming months and keep you informed on further updates.

We are delighted to share that we have seen a strong business growth of over 30% in FY 2021-22 over the previous fiscal year. As we step into a new fiscal year, we would like to thank our customers and partners for their continued support and trust in Espire over the years. We remain determined to provide unmatched Total Experience solutions and services to our global customers to build business resiliency and drive growth.

As part of our expansion, we have setup fully owned entities in Netherlands and Malaysia. This will give the opportunity to work closely with clients in these regions and ease to business for our clients interested in contracting with these entities.

To continue in the same rigor of providing impeccable services to our customers, in the upcoming quarter, we will be undergoing an external ISO surveillance audit by Intertek to add to our existing quality and security certifications. We will also be adding a few more technology partners to our array of services in line with our goal to provide Total Experience to global brands.

Espire Infolabs has been successfully appraised at the CMMI Services V2.0 ML5, the highest maturity level of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
