Employee happiness and satisfaction has been a key priority for Espire. Over the last few years, we have been conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey, spearheaded by our Human Resources department to gauge our employee engagement and happiness.

As a first, this year, we decided to connect with an independent agency and get a Great Place to Work® certification. We are delighted to share that more than 82% of our selected team members participated in the survey. As a part of this assessment, the trust of our employees on the company were measured based on the following critical dimensions such as Credibility of management, Respect for People, Fairness at the workplace, Pride towards jobs, team and the company and Camaraderie between people.
